R650 Reference Ceiling Speaker

The R650 Reference Ceiling Speaker is all about quality fundamentals. Everything has been trimmed, leaving only the bare essentials – good sound, reliability, affordability and superb aesthetics. The RCS Edgeless series features polypropylene woofer cones for durability, low distortion, and good looks. Each speaker has a 1 inch (25mm) silk dome swiveling neodymium tweeter that can be aimed at the direction of the listeners for better sound staging.

The RCS edgeless speakers have been redesigned and are now edgeless with no visible speaker frame. The reduced visibility, smaller footprint, and beautiful aesthetics makes the RCS Edgeless series the ideal option when good looks and great sound are wanted at an affordable price.

Featuring high sensitivity and an easy 8 ohm load, the RCS Edgeless can be used with very modest amplifiers. The R650 reference ceiling speaker comes complete with paintable magnetically attached grilles that can be customized to blend in with any décor. Installation is quick thanks to a 3-ear Turn ‘N’ Lock installation mechanism.

For audio installers and the do-it-yourselfer who need to add a two-channel stereo amplifier in homes or commercial spaces, Earthquake Sound gives to you the new BTA-250 in-wall amplifier. Adding an audio zone with Bluetooth® capability has never been easier. This is a wireless in-wall amplifier kit that packs flexibility, power, and control into one very small and discrete package that can be used for both indoor and outdoor settings. The BTA-250 kit comes with the in-wall amplifier, B120R retrofit electrical box, 12–24 VDC power supply, and cable adapter.

This three input in-wall amplifier can accept signal through the front panel 3.5mm stereo mini jack, Ethernet port, or Bluetooth® connection. With the provided 12–24 VDC power supply and cable adapter, the BTA-250 can produce 50 WRMS per channel and can easily power a pair of architectural or even speakers. It is compatible with 4-Ohm and 8-Ohm systems and also features a front mounted rotating knob that controls volume, power, and Bluetooth® pairing for added convenience.

Designed to fit into a standard single-gang junction box, the BTA-250 in-wall amplifier can be easily installed into any new or pre-existing constructions (home, bars, restaurants, hotel rooms, etc.). For home installations, the BTA-250 can be a great addition for your garage, workshops, sheds, and even around hot tubs and pool areas. BTA-250 In-Wall Amplifier Can Be Connected to Amazon’s Alexa Devices
1. Turn on pairing mode for the BTA-250.
2. In the Alexa app, select the Devices icon.
3. Select the Echo & Alexa and then select the your Echo device that you wish to pair with the BTA-250.
4. Select connect a device and the Alexa app will search for the BTA-250 or other Bluetooth enabled device.
5. Make sure that the BTA-250 is on and in pairing mode. You may have to press the front panel volume dial once to initiate the pairing mode.
6. When a list of available devices appears, select the BTA-250 and follow the instructions on screen.
